The reason to eat a healthier dinner is that fresh ingredients are easier for your body to break down and process before you go to sleep and while you are resting. Relax

Find a relaxing night time activity. If possible, look for one which will put a level of the drain on your body and help you to drift off to sleep.

While it may be tempting to use the TV or a board game as your relaxing activity, be mindful not to choose anything which requires you to keep your brain too active. For example, running and smoking are great ideas because you can take your thoughts away and relax your mind before sleep.

Sort out Your Day’s Problems

The worst thing that you can do is to go to bed with just one more email left to answer or just one more piece of work to submit. Why?
